Q: What time do you wake up or does the alarm go off?
A: Yes the alarm is my kids! Everyday at 6:30AM
Q: What is your morning routine (specifically the first 15)
A: It’s all about my kids mostly which includes, diaper changing, teeth brushing and preparing breakfast. When time permits I will squeeze in a quick moment to journal my manifestations or gratitude.
Q: What is your Sunday mantra?
A: Take care of you!
Q: What’s your go to breakfast/brunch?
A: Avocado toast is a household favorite, quick, easy and healthy!
Q: Do you give yourself any Sunday self-care treatments?
A: I make sure to pay attention to my mind and body everyday but especially on Sundays. This might include, journaling, reading my meditation deck of cards, going for a long walk, getting a workout in, listening to a podcast or just watching a movie!

Q: How has your Sunday routine changed over the years?
A: Dramatically! Now in order to make sure I fill up my cup the day starts early so that I can be the best part of me for my family. Factoring in enough time for all my boys has been a challenge but definitely worth it.
Q: Do you exercise?
A: Heck yes! Barre is what I teach and love but I love to switch it up with weight training and HIIT workouts.
Q: Do you like to spend your Sunday alone or with family/friends?
A: 50/50 Some me time has to get factored in. Some Sundays I get a lot of it, some not so much. Making Sunday dinner is a fun family event though.
Q: Do you use any apps or products for relaxation?
A: I love listening to podcasts so audible has been my go to, they also have mediations!
Q: What is your ideal bedtime?
A: On a Sunday I like to get to bed early to start the week fresh so 10ish
Q: What are some of your favorite Sunday activities?
A: Going to the park with the family, cooking Sunday dinner and our dance parties!
Q: How do you prepare for the week ahead?
A: I am getting better at it. I do find that when I do, I feel truly accomplished.
