Here’s how Tiff spends her Sundays-

Q: What time do you wake up or does the alarm go off ?

A: My body has been waking up a bit later, around, 7/8 AM lately. I try to give myself ample rest time Sunday Mornings.

Q: What is your morning routine (specifically the first 15)

A: I do not touch any phone or device for a minimum of 1-2 hours. I then pull from any one of my rituals that feel most alive for me. Journaling, lighting Palo Santo and meditating/praying, sitting in complete silence and breathwork, or putting on one of my playlists I curate for music meditation. I sometimes need different things in my morning and I listen to what that might be.

Q: What is your Sunday mantra?

A: I usually draw from my wellness brand, Look IN for our Get Yo’ Light Mantras. I radically hold space for ALL of me, is a regular one.

Q: What’s your go to breakfast/brunch?

A: A green smoothie or a vegan egg scramble, avocado & blueberries. Once in a while I go for a Jamaican breakfast of porridge, or Ackee & Saltfish!

Q: Do you give yourself any Sunday self-care treatments?

A: Sunday’s are my day for me to keep my phone down and explore nature or hang out with myself with no interruptions. That is a HUGE self care treatment for me, disconnecting from screens. I’ve extended to my wellness community at Look IN & we encourage our No Scroll Sunday. Yin yoga and bubble baths and some good music are a few other Sunday Funday treatments.

Q: What song is a good representation of your Sunday?

A: I have playlists you can find on my Look IN & Tiff McFierce Spotify’s called ‘Sunday Candy’ & ‘Sunday Sway” that give some of the vibes of my Sunday!

Q: How has your Sunday routine changed over the years?

A: Sunday’s used to look like dance rehearsals when I was a professional dancer, brunches, (there’s still a good brunch), but intentional energy shared if I do decide to come out of my solitude Sunday. It’s changed to listening to what I really need vs. keeping up with who I think I am.

Q: Do you exercise?

A: Yes, yoga, walks, stretching on Sundays.

Q: Do you use any apps or products for relaxation?

A:  My playlists on Spotify @TiffMcFierce @Look IN

Q: What is your ideal bedtime?

 A: Ideally about 10-11 PM.

Q: How do you prepare for the week ahead?

A: Stillness, meditation, scheduling my calendar and giving major gratitude.
