One of the silver linings during this pandemic, has been being able to be in two places at once. I used to be in LA almost every month, so it was great to be back on KTLA, albeit being in freezing CT. We dished some of the viral trends that have been everywhere this year. 1. Vacationwear
If you’re like me and all ready for a vacation, get in the mood with vacation wear. Tropical prints and beachwear were all top of mind for designers this season. I’m loving the whimsical swirls and the bright pops of color.

2. All Things Y2K
The Y2K aesthetic is back and more viral than ever. Designers proved that it's sticking around with their S/S 22 collections. Some of the key pieces from the Y2K aesthetic are bigger than others, including wide-leg jeans, shiny jackets, baby tees, and velour tracksuits.

3. Neutral Co-ord Sets
These sets have been trending for a while and if you don’t have one yet in your closet, now is the time to get! Neutrals are a total classic in the industry right now, so why not pair all soft tones together? There are plenty of ways you can rock this idea – from a grey knot dress and matching sweater to a crop top paired with slouchy sweatpants and a cardigan. If you enjoy a pop of color, wear coordinating shoes and a bag in a rich hue such as brown, navy, or gold. It’s a timeless style that always looks sophisticated!

4. Headscarves
Grace Kelly inspo is what we’re seeing take off in 2022! I have always loved a beautiful headscarf and these can take any outfit to the next level.

5. Wide Leg Jeans
Move over skinny jeans, the biggest jean trend in 2022 is hands down the wide leg! The higher-waisted, the better. Dark denim is huge too! I love a good wide leg- they help to elongate your legs and give off more of a relaxed vibe. Try styling with a cropped sweater or tucked-in whimsical blouse.
