We all have those days were we look in the mirror at work and see a pimple! Don’t know what to do when that happens? Don’t worry, I’ve got the FIX for YOU!
First thing is prevention… Keep your face clean! Wash your face twice daily (whether or not you have acne) to remove impurities, dead skin cells, and extra oils from your skins surface, don’t wash more than twice a day. When washing your face use warm water and mild facial cleanser. After doing that dry your face with a clean towel. Another way to prevent acne is moisturize, moisturize, MOISTURIZE!
When moisturizing, look for “non-comedogenic” on the label, which means it should not cause acne. And although everyone says not to, try an over-the-counter acne product. Over the counter products do not need prescription and have ingredients such as benzoyl peroxide, glycolic acird or lactic acid, which curb bacteria and dry your skin. In which preventing acne!
Another way is to use makeup sparingly. During a breakout, avoid wearing foundation, powder, or blush and if you do wear makeup, wash it off at the end of the day! Hair products can have a huge impact on your skin as well, so watch what you put on your hair. Avoid using fragrances, oils, pomades, or gels on your hair. If they get on your face, they can block your skin’s pores and irritate your skin. Use a gentle shampoo and conditioner, oily hair can add to the oil on your face, so wash your hair often, especially if you’re breaking out.

Now let me tell you about some all natural remedies!
Visine: offering the same vasoconstriction properties that get the red out of your eyes, can work on pimples too.
Soak a cotton swab in Visine and hold it next to your pimple for 5 minutes.
Ice: wrap an ice cube in a piece of cloth, hold it on the affected skin area for a few seconds, wait a few minutes and repeat process.
This can be used to quickly reduce redness, swelling and inflammation and improve blood circulation.
Ice also tightens skin pores and removes dirt and oil accumulated on skin
Lemon: dip a clean cotton swab in fresh lemon juice and apply it to the pimples before going to bed.
Lemon is rich in vitamin C and helps pimples dry up faster
Tea Tree Oil: dip a cotton ball in tea tree oil and dab on effected area, rinse your face after 15 to 20 minutes. Another option is to mix a few drops of tea tree oil in 1 tablespoon of aloe vera gel, apply it on your pimples and blemishes, leave it on for 20 minutes and then rinse off. Leave final mask on for 20 minutes, then rinse off. Egg whites contain vitamins and amino acids that help to kill pimples and re-build your skin’s cells
